The guesthouse is located in the village Tillmitsch, district Maxlon. To Leibnitz is it only a few minutes with the car.
the approach from the  A9-Highway occurs from the exit of Lebring, and it takes only a  few of minutes!

The wineregion "Sulmtal-Sausal" starts in the neighbourvillage 
St. Nikolai im Sausal.

The beautyful landscape invites you to bicycles- and hikingtours. 
 
A great experince in the near ist the housebrewery Löscher. They brew outstandings beergrades. It is only a short walk from us to housebrewery Löscher.
In St. Nikolai there is a Whiskydestillerie called Weuz. It produces also delicious Whiskygrades.
